Can I get a refund on a download?

Digital downloads are non-refundable once they've been accessed or downloaded. That's standard for anything you can't actually hand back, and a PDF very much falls into that camp.

The exception is when something's technically wrong. If the file won't open, the download link's dead, or you've paid and nothing's arrived, that's on me to fix, not something you should be out of pocket for. Email me at admin@tarotwithgord.com, tell me what's happening, and I'll get you a working file or a fresh link.

Before you assume it's a fault, one quick check is worth it: download links do expire, and there's usually an easy way to pull a new one yourself. Getting your download again later covers that, and it might be all you need.
