Your account
One account, everything in one place
You’ve got one login with me, and it covers the lot. Your membership, your downloads, your bookings, your journal. Same email, same password, everything.
If you’ve ever bought a download or booked a reading, you’ve already got an account, even if you never set a password. Your username is the email you used. To get in the first time, go to the login page and hit “Lost your password” to set one.
Setting or resetting your password
If you’ve never set a password, or you’ve forgotten it, it’s the same quick fix.
Go to the login page, click “Lost your password”, pop in your email, and I’ll send you a link to set a new one. The link comes to the email address on your account. Check your spam folder if it’s not there in a couple of minutes.
Signing in without a password Inside the membership
If typing passwords does your head in, you can set up a passkey. It lets you sign in with your face, fingerprint or device PIN instead.
Go to your account page, scroll to “Passwordless sign-in with passkeys”, and hit Add Passkey. Your device walks you through it. You can add up to three, handy if you use a phone and a laptop.
The members hub
Finding your way round the hub Inside the membership
Your hub is home base. Everything you get as a member lives here or one click from here.
You’ll find this week’s focus at the top, the next Circle with a Join button, then your journal, your books and workbooks, Simply Tarot Unfiltered, your profile settings, your member perks, and links to the Discord and the members directory.
The menu across the top follows you everywhere in the member area: Hub, Tarot Journal, Tools, Downloads, Unfiltered, Discord, Account.
Your Tarot Journal Inside the membership
The journal is your own private study space. It’s yours, nobody else sees it, and it builds up over time.
Open it from the hub or the Tarot Journal menu. Inside you’ll find your saved readings, notes on any card, the tarot spreads library, the spread creator, the Noticing Tool, your decks, and Deck Fundamentals. There’s a search box at the top that looks across the whole journal.
To jot a note on a card, open the card and write in your notes. It saves to your account. Do that over time and you build your own book of meanings, in your words, the one you actually trust.
Recording a reading Inside the membership
When you do a reading, you can record it in the journal and keep it forever.
Open the journal, choose Record a Reading, pick a spread if you used one (or just log the cards), lay in the cards, and add your reflections. It renders the actual card images and saves the lot to Your Readings, so you can look back whenever you like.
Creating your own spread Inside the membership
You can build your own spreads and use them in your readings.
In the journal, choose Create Your Own Spread. Drag the positions where you want them, name each one, size and rotate them, and save. Your spread then shows up when you record a reading. If you want, you can share it with the rest of the community.
Simply Tarot Unfiltered Inside the membership
Unfiltered is my long-form video series, members only. My proper takes on tarot, no fluff.
Get to it from the hub or the Unfiltered menu. Episodes are grouped into series, so you can work through a theme or dip into whatever grabs you.
Downloading your whole journal Inside the membership
Everything in your journal is yours to take with you, any time.
At the foot of your hub there’s a “Download your journal” option. You can grab it as a spreadsheet, as one document, or as a zip with your photos included. Good for backups, or just for having your own copy.
Your membership
What you get
Simply Tarot is one membership. Everything’s included, there are no tiers to figure out. You pick monthly or annual, that’s the only choice.
You get the weekly Circle on Sundays, your own Tarot Journal, every workbook and the Fundamentals, Simply Tarot Unfiltered, the Discord community, and 20% off my one-to-one readings. New things get added as I make them, and you get those too.
Switching between monthly and annual Inside the membership
You can move between the monthly and annual plans whenever you like.
Go to your account page and choose Change, or head to the membership options page. Pick the plan you want and check out. The annual plan works out cheaper over a year, so if you’re staying long term it’s worth a look.
Updating your card Inside the membership
If your card changes or expires, update it in a minute.
Go to your account page, find your membership, and update your billing details there. That keeps your renewals going without a hitch.
If a payment fails Inside the membership
Cards expire, banks get twitchy, it happens. If a renewal doesn’t go through, don’t panic.
I’ll email you to let you know, and nothing gets cancelled straight away. The payment gets retried over the next couple of weeks, so as long as you update your card it sorts itself out. Update it on your account page and you’re done.
Cancelling Inside the membership
You can cancel any time, no hoops.
Go to your account page and choose Cancel. When you cancel, you keep your access until the end of the time you’ve already paid for, so there’s no sudden cut-off. After that your membership just stops renewing.
And here’s the important bit: your journal is safe. Every reading, note and deck you saved stays on your account. If you ever come back, it’s all still there, exactly where you left it.
What happens to your journal if you leave
This is the question people worry about, so let me be clear. Nothing you’ve saved gets deleted when your membership ends.
Your readings, your notes, your decks, all of it stays attached to your account. If you rejoin, you pick up exactly where you left off. And you can download your whole journal any time while you’re a member, so you can always keep your own copy too.
Downloads
Buying a download
Buying a PDF from me is quick. No account needed up front.
Find the product, hit Purchase, and you land on the checkout. Pop in your email and first name, pay, and that’s it. You’ll see a confirmation page straight away with your download link on it, and I’ll email you a receipt with the link too.
Getting your files again later
The download link in your receipt email lasts 24 hours, but that doesn’t mean you only get one go.
If the link’s expired, log into your account and open your order history, and it’ll give you a fresh link. If you checked out as a guest without an account, the quickest route is the receipt email. Lost that too? Just reply to any email from me or drop me a message and I’ll sort you out.
Members: your books and workbooks Inside the membership
If you’re a member, the Fundamentals and every workbook are included, and you don’t buy them again.
Go to your hub and click Downloads. Your whole library’s there. Just hit download on whatever you want. No codes, no checkout, it’s all just yours.
Free downloads
Some things are free, like Simply Tarot Essentials. You pop your email in to get them, and I’ll send them over along with the odd useful thing after.
You’ll find the free stuff on the site, and on Instagram you can grab some of it by replying with a keyword. Either way, check your inbox for the delivery email.
Readings
Booking a reading
Booking a one-to-one with me is straightforward.
Go to the booking page, pick the reading you want, choose whether you’re coming to me in Salford or joining on Zoom, pick a date and time, and fill in your details. If it’s a paid reading you pay there and then. You’ll get a confirmation email with everything you need, including the Zoom link if you’re online, or the address if you’re coming in person.
Members: your 20% off Inside the membership
Members get 20% off every one-to-one reading, every length.
When you book, there’s a discount code to pop in at the payment step. You’ll find your code on your hub, under your member perks. Enter it and the price drops.
Add-ons
You can add a few things to most readings. A recording so you can listen back, a short meditation at the end, or a reflection journal that writes up your actual reading with prompts to work through afterwards. You choose these when you book.
Rescheduling or cancelling a reading
Life happens. You can move or cancel your reading yourself.
The easiest way is the link in your confirmation email, or your customer panel. To reschedule I need at least 3 hours’ notice, and to cancel I need a day’s notice. If you’re stuck outside those windows, just reply to your confirmation email and I’ll do what I can.
Managing your bookings
Your customer panel is where you see and manage everything you’ve booked.
Get to it from your confirmation email, or the Customer Panel link in the site footer. Your username is the email you booked with. If you haven’t set a password, use “forgot password” to create one, or I can send you a sign-in link by email. Heads up: the panel shows upcoming bookings by default, so if you’re looking for a past one, change the date range.
Gift vouchers
You can buy a voucher towards any reading. Four amounts, matching the reading lengths. It’s emailed to whoever you’re buying for, and it’s redeemable against any tarot reading with me.
Workshops & the Circle
The Circle Inside the membership
The Circle is our weekly get-together, Sundays 7 to 8:30pm UK time, on Zoom. It’s the heart of the membership.
As a member you get every Circle, no booking needed. The Join button’s right there on your hub when it’s time. Come every week, come now and then, whatever suits.
Trying the Circle without being a member
Not a member yet but want to see what the Circle’s like? You can drop in for £5, and your first three are free with the code FREECIRCLE.
The draw isn’t really the one-off session though, it’s the ongoing community. But come and see for yourself.
Free workshops
I run free live workshops on Zoom now and then. They’re a proper taste of how I teach and how the community works.
Keep an eye on the site and my socials for the next one. You book with your email, and I’ll send reminders and a joining link.
Courses
Learning tarot with the course
The course is the place to actually learn tarot, properly and in order. Two levels.
Level 1, Tarot for Me, is £100 and covers the Major Arcana and reading for yourself. Level 2, Tarot for Others, is £150 and covers the Minor Arcana, the court cards, and reading for other people. You do Level 1 first.
You can take it online over Zoom in six weekly sessions, or in person over two full days. Every course place comes with the Fundamentals PDF and three months of Simply Tarot membership included, so you keep learning after the course finishes.
Free stuff
The Noticing Tool
The Noticing Tool is a free practice tool. It teaches you to read the card before you reach for the book, which is the one thing that makes reading actually click.
You get three goes: a card for you, a pretend reading for someone else, then a small spread. Each time you look first and jot what you notice, then I show you the symbolism. Pop your name and email in to start, and you can download what you did.
Free tarot readings on the site
There’s a free reading tool on the site. Pull one card or three, whenever you like. Add your email to unlock it.
It’s built from my own card meanings, so it’s a taster of how I read, not a prediction. Use it to get a feel for the cards.
Simply Tarot Essentials
Essentials is my free guide, one page for every card, all 78. A solid quick reference to keep.
Grab it with your email and I’ll send it over.
Getting help
Still stuck?
If something’s not working or you can’t find what you need, don’t wrestle with it. Just reply to any email from me, or get in touch through the site, and I’ll help you out. A real person, me, reads them.
Nothing matched that. Try another word, or just drop me a message and I'll help.
