When something on the website isn’t working

Sorry about that. If a page won't load, a button does nothing or a video won't play, there are a few quick things worth trying first.

• Reload the page. It sounds too simple, but it fixes more than you'd think.
• Try a different browser, or a private window. Browser add-ons, ad blockers especially, can stop parts of a page working.
• Try another device if you've got one handy, your phone instead of your computer or the other way round.
• If you're signed in, sign out and back in again.

If none of that works, I want to know. I would much rather know and be able to do something about it, because if it's happening to you it's probably happening to someone else too. Get in touch, pick Something on the website isn't working, tell me which page you were on and what you pressed, and add a screenshot if you can. A screenshot saves us a lot of back and forth.
