What happens after you book
The second you've paid, a few things happen. Here's what to expect so none of it catches you out.
On screen, you get a confirmation with your appointment details and a set of "add to calendar" buttons. Use those and the reading drops straight into your calendar. There's also a button through to your customer panel, which is where you can see and manage the booking later.
In your inbox, you'll get a confirmation email from me with everything you need: your reading, the date and time, and either your Zoom link (online) or a note that the address is coming (in person). It also has a short "what to expect" bit, because I like you walking in knowing how I work.
Heads up: if this is your first time booking, you might get two or three emails close together, not just the one. Your booking confirmation is the one that matters. The others are your account being set up in the background, so you can log in later if you want to. Nothing's gone wrong, that's just the machinery.
The day before, I'll send a reminder. For Zoom readings that reminder has your link in it again, so you're not hunting through old emails five minutes before we start.
If you ever need to find your booking again, log into your customer panel. One thing that trips people up: the panel shows upcoming bookings by default, so if you're looking for a past reading, you'll need to change the date range to see it.
Need to move it or can't make it any more? That's all covered in Changing or rescheduling your reading and Cancelling and refunds.
Still stuck? Don't wrestle with it. Reply to any email from me, or get in touch, and a real person, me, will help you out.
