How do I cancel a reading, and will I get a refund?

Yes, you can cancel, and whether there's a refund comes down to timing.

1. Email me at admin@tarotwithgord.com to cancel. Pop in your name and the date and time of the reading so I can find it fast.

2. The timing. Cancel with at least 24 hours' notice and you get a full refund. Under 24 hours, there's no refund, and a no-show (missing it without a word) is forfeited too.

3. What happens next. Once I've confirmed the cancellation, an approved refund goes back to your original payment method, the same card or PayPal you paid with, and it takes 5 to 10 business days to land. That last bit is the bank's timing, not mine, so if you're on day three don't panic.
