What if the reading didn’t resonate?

First thing, and I mean this: tell me during the session if something isn't landing. That's exactly the moment we can do something with it. If a card or a read doesn't fit your life, say so, and we'll pull it apart together rather than me barrelling on. I'd always rather know in the room than find out later you nodded along to be polite.

If it still didn't sit right afterwards, once you've had a bit of time with it, I'm open to a case-by-case chat. Email me at bookings@tarotwithgord.com, tell me honestly what missed, and we'll talk it through. I'd far rather sort it than leave you feeling short-changed. This is different from the standard refund rules, which are in How do I cancel a reading, and will I get a refund?, because a reading that genuinely didn't work isn't the same as a change of mind, and I treat it that way.
