Using a gift voucher you’ve been given

Someone's bought you a reading, lovely. Here's how you spend it.

Your voucher has a code on it. When you book, you enter that code at the payment step and it takes the voucher amount straight off the total. Book your reading as normal, see How do I book a reading?, add the code, and if it covers the whole thing you pay nothing.

Try to use the full amount in one go. If your voucher is worth more than the reading you're booking, the simplest thing is to spend the lot at once. You could book two readings in the same session, for instance, and put the code against both.

If you do end up using only part of it, that's not a disaster, it just isn't automatic. Drop me an email, tell me what's happened, and once I've had a look I'll sort you a fresh code for whatever's left. You never lose the balance. I just need to generate the new code by hand.
