How do I book a reading?

Booking a one-to-one with me takes about two minutes, and you don't need an account to do it. Here's the whole thing, start to finish.

1. Pick your reading. Head to the readings page. You'll see everything I offer with the price and length on each one. When you've found the one you want, hit Book Now. If you're not sure which to pick, every reading has a Learn More that opens the full description.

2. Choose where you want it. The first thing the booking box asks is location. You've got two options: Tarot with Gord Sanctuary (Salford) for in person, or Zoom Call for online. The reading itself is exactly the same either way, so pick whatever suits you.

3. Add any extras. Straight after location you get the add-ons: a recording and a post-reading meditation on any reading. Press the + next to one to add it, and the - to take it back off. Each has a learn more if you want to know exactly what it is before you commit. Want just the reading and nothing else? Skip the lot and carry on. 4. Pick a date and time. The calendar only shows slots I'm actually free for, so anything you can click is genuinely open. Times show in your own timezone, so you don't have to do any maths. Slots run in 15-minute steps. Once you pick one, you might get asked about repeating the appointment. That's for people who want a regular slot. If that's not you, just skip it and carry on.

5. Check your basket. You'll see your reading in the cart with the price. If you want to book more than one, hit Book Another and go round again. When you're happy, hit Continue.

6. Tell me who you are. Pop in your name and email. If you're logged into your account, these fill in for themselves. There's a box that says "Is there anything specific you'd like me to focus on in your reading?" You can write as much or as little as you like in there, or leave it blank. It's your call, not a form I need filled.

7. Agree to the two policies. There are two tickboxes you have to check: my Terms and Conditions, and my Ethics Policy. They're short, they're there so we both know where we stand, and I'd rather you actually read them than pretend to. There's also an optional box to join my mailing list. Leave it unticked if you'd rather not.

8. Pay. Pay by card or PayPal. Your card details go through Stripe or PayPal and never touch me. If you've got a discount code or a gift voucher, there's a box for it before you pay. Members, your 20% comes off here (see Booking as a member).

9. You're booked. You'll get a confirmation straight away, both on screen and by email. There's more on exactly what lands in your inbox in What happens after you book.

A couple of practical bits. You can book up to a year ahead. The latest you can grab a slot is 4 hours before it starts, so I'm not scrabbling to prep. And if you get stuck at any point, just reply to any email from me and I'll sort it.
