What if I’m running late?

Life happens, and I'm not going to make you feel bad about traffic or a meeting that overran. There are just a couple of things worth knowing so there are no surprises.

A few minutes late is fine. We just start when you're there and carry on as normal.

Up to 15 minutes late, and we work with the time that's left. I don't run the session over to make up for it, because that pushes into whatever's booked after you. So if you're 10 minutes into a 30-minute slot, we've got 20 minutes, and I'll make them count.

More than 15 minutes late, and the session counts as missed. There's no refund and no reschedule on that one, for the same reason as a no-show. It's a slot nobody else could book. If you can see you're going to be later than that, message me anyway and I'll do what I can, but I can't promise the session will still be there.

Miss it entirely without telling me, and the session's forfeited. A no-show doesn't get a refund or a free reschedule. That's the one firm line, and it's only there because a missed slot is a slot nobody else could book.

The fix for all of this is a heads-up. If you can see you're going to be late, or something's fallen apart, message me as early as you can and I'll do what I can with it.
