What happens after my reading?

The reading doesn't just stop dead when the clock runs out. Here's what happens once we're done.

1. We check in on how it landed. Before you go, I'll ask what you're taking away and how you're feeling. It's your chance to say if something's still rattling around or didn't quite click.

2. You get a follow-up email from me. It's got a couple of blog posts on how to actually integrate a reading, so it doesn't just evaporate by Thursday, plus an invite to leave a review if you're up for it. No pressure on the review, but it genuinely helps other people take the plunge, see Leaving a review.

3. If you added any extras, I sort those. A recording or a meditation gets handled after the session or delivered live, depending on which one it is. The how and the when are in How do I get my reading recording?.

4. Give yourself a bit of time. A good reading can bring more up than you expect, sometimes hours later. Don't cram your evening. Let it settle.
