How do I get my reading recording?

How your recording gets to you depends on whether you were in the room or on a screen.

If your reading was in person:

1. I record it as we go.

2. Afterwards it goes into your account on my site. Log in and it's under Recordings, where you can listen to it or watch it, and download it.

3. It's there for 90 days. So download it if you want to keep it.

If your reading was online:

1. I record the call as we go.

2. The recording takes a while to process afterwards. It isn't instant, so it's not usually a same-minute thing.

3. It goes into your account on my site. Log in and it's under Recordings, where you can watch it, download it, and download the transcript too if there is one.

4. It's there for 90 days. So download it if you want to keep it.

And if it isn't in your account by the day after and you were expecting it, don't sit there wondering, just reply to your booking email and give me a nudge.
