Where you manage everything

This one trips people up, so let me lay it out plainly. There's one account area, at your account, and everything you have with me sits inside it. There are six sections down the side.

• My Profile. Your name, what you'd like to be called, your pronouns, your email, your birthday and your time zone. There's a second tab in there for choosing which emails you get from me.
• Security. Your password, passkeys if you'd rather not type a password at all, and two-factor if you want the extra lock on it.
• Membership. Your plan, your billing, your orders, and the buttons to change level or cancel. There's a link straight through to the members hub from here too.
• Downloads. Anything you've bought as a PDF sits here, listed by order, ready to grab again whenever you want.
• Your Tarot Readings. Your readings, your times and your Zoom links.
• Your Circle Drop-ins. Any Circle sessions you've booked onto, and the way in each week.

Here's the bit that catches people out, and it's the one thing that hasn't changed. Your Tarot Readings and Your Circle Drop-ins both have their own separate sign-in. Being logged into the site doesn't log you into those two. They run on the booking system, and it keeps its own copy of the name, email and phone number you gave when you booked. So if you change your email under My Profile, it won't change on the booking side. You'd want to update it there as well.

Not a member, just booked a reading? You've still got a login. It's made for you automatically the first time you book or buy, so your details, your downloads and your readings all work the same way. You just won't have a members hub, because that's part of the membership.

Never set a password for the booking sign-in? Use the Reset Password button on its sign-in box and I'll send you a way in.
