Cancelling

You can cancel any time, no hoops and no awkward retention chat.

Go to your account page and choose Cancel, then confirm.

• You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. There's no refund of that period because you still get to use it, and after that it simply stops renewing.
• Your journal is safe. This is the big worry, so let me be clear. Nothing you've saved gets deleted when you cancel. Every reading, note and deck stays attached to your account, and if you ever come back you pick up exactly where you left off. You can keep your own copy any time while you're a member too, see Downloading your whole journal.
