Immersive Meditation Online

Immersive meditation in Manchester.

A Reset Button for Your Brain

This isn’t sitting cross-legged in silence, wondering what’s for tea. My immersive meditations are designed to shut out the noise of everyday life and drop you into a deeper headspace. You can join the weekly online class live, book a 1–1 session with me, or use the downloadable meditations whenever you need a reset. Think of it as a reset button for your brain.

Why Try It?

Life’s loud. Work, relationships, stress. It all piles up until your head feels like a browser with a hundred tabs open.

Immersive meditation gives you space to close some of those tabs. You’ll feel calmer, clearer, and a bit more human again. And you’ll have options, weekly live sessions online, 1–1 support, and downloads for the days you can’t face people.

What Actually Happens

  • We start with you getting comfy at home (or wherever you are), no weird poses, no pressure.
  • Headphones on if you’ve got them. Phone on silent. World out.
  • I guide you through a meditation with soundscapes and words designed to pull you deeper than you’d probably get on your own.
  • If you’re in the weekly class, you show up live and ride the wave with everyone else.
  • If you want it personal, you book a 1 to 1 and we tailor it to what’s going on in your head and body.
  • If you want it on demand, you use the downloadable meditations whenever you need to come back to yourself.
  • You finish feeling grounded, refreshed, and more capable of dealing with life without wanting to scream into a pillow.

Ready to Reset?

If you’ve been curious about meditation but never quite got into it, or you’ve tried apps and podcasts but found your mind wandering, this is for you. You can join the weekly online class, book a 1–1 session, or grab the downloadable meditations and press play when you need it.

Immersive meditation makes it easier to actually drop in, without the faff.

What is immersive meditation?

Immersive meditation is guided meditation that uses focused audio and simple cues to help you settle your mind and body. You can join the weekly online class live, book a one to one session with me, or use the downloadable meditations when you want something on demand.

How is immersive meditation different from normal meditation?

A lot of meditation asks you to sit there and manage your own thoughts. Immersive meditation gives you structure. You get clear guidance, soundscapes, and a steady pace, so you’re not doing it alone in your head.

Do I need experience with meditation to join?

No. Beginners are welcome. If you’ve tried apps and drifted off, you’ll probably like the extra structure. If you already meditate, this can help you go deeper or stay consistent.

What happens in the weekly online class?

You join live at the scheduled time. I’ll guide you through a short arrival, then the main meditation with soundscapes, then a gentle finish so you can get back to your day. You don’t need to speak or share anything unless you want to.

What happens in a 1–1 session?

It’s private and tailored to you. We’ll start with a quick check in on what’s going on for you, then I’ll guide the meditation based on what you need, like stress, sleep, focus, or emotional overload. You’ll leave with a clear plan for what to use between sessions.

What are the downloadable meditations?

They’re guided audio meditations you can download and use anytime. No schedule. No live call. You press play when you need it, and you can repeat the same track as many times as you want.

How long are the sessions?

The weekly online class is 45 minutes. 1–1 sessions can be 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or 60 minutes. Downloadable meditations vary in length, so you can pick what fits your day.

What do I need to take part online?

A decent internet connection, a quiet-ish space, and a device that can play audio clearly. Headphones help, but they’re not required. Wear something comfortable, and have water nearby.

Is this suitable if I struggle to sit still or my mind races?

Yes. A busy mind is normal. The guidance and sound give you something to focus on, so you’re less likely to spiral into thinking. If sitting still is hard, you can lie down, change position, or keep it simple.

How do I book the weekly class, a 1–1, or buy the downloads?

Use the booking buttons on this page. Choose the weekly online class if you want a regular live session. Choose 1–1 if you want it personalised. Choose downloadable meditations if you want something you can use anytime.
