Simply Tarot Circle

A weekly online tarot practice session, every Sunday 7-9pm UK time on Zoom. We pull cards together, I share a Thought of the Week digging into a card, spread, reading technique, or ethical question, and then we do practice readings in pairs or small groups. It's part of Simply Tarot Membership and also available as a £5 drop-in if you want to try it first.

Not at all. Simply Tarot Circle is open to everyone, whether you are completely new to tarot, a graduate of the Simply Tarot course, or an experienced reader. Each session is structured so you can participate at your own level, learning from the group and contributing in a way that feels comfortable to you.

We start with a group card pull and check-in, about 30 minutes of sharing what people are seeing and what's coming up. Then I share a Thought of the Week, a short video I've put together on a card, spread, reading technique, or ethical question, and we discuss it as a group. The last hour is practice readings in pairs or small groups. That's it. No lectures, no performance. Just actual practice.

It is called a circle because everyone has a place and a voice. The group is not a class or lecture where information only flows one way. Instead, it is a shared space where we sit together, exchange ideas, and practise as equals. The circle symbolises connection, inclusion, and community learning.

Your tarot deck and somewhere quiet to sit. A notebook is useful if you like making notes but not essential. That's genuinely all you need.

Yes and no. Simply Tarot Circle is a natural next step for those who have completed the Simply Tarot course and want to continue practising. At the same time, it is not limited to course graduates. Anyone who wants to explore tarot in a group setting is welcome, regardless of background or experience.

Absolutely. Simply Tarot Circle is open to readers at every stage, including professionals. Experienced readers often enjoy the chance to receive readings for themselves, practise new approaches, and share the way they work with others. Every style of reading adds value to the group, making it richer for everyone involved.
