The bit where they don't is usually the conversation you've been needing.
How to Use It
Lay all ten cards out before you start. Work through each page together, sharing what you each see in the card. Write your answers down before you compare. It's fine to disagree, that's kind of the point. Print it and write in it together, or use it on something like GoodNotes or Noteshelf. Type or handwrite. Doesn't matter. If you're doing it solo, the partner positions are about your perception, not a definitive read on them.
