My main base during the week, tucked inside Quayside Shopping Centre in Salford Quays, just across the water from MediaCity. FLOW is a wellness space with a tarot reading room hidden behind the lounge and treatment area. Vibey as fuck – mood lighting, calming music, and tarot cards literally covering the walls.
Availability: Thursday to Saturday, 12 to 7pm, and Sundays 11 to 4pm.

FLOW is where I spend most of my week. It’s inside Quayside Shopping Centre, just across from the Lowry Theatre. Easy to get to by tram, bus, or foot. The space has three main areas: the shop, the studio, and the lounge and treatment space. The tarot reading room is tucked behind the lounge.
The room itself? Absolute vibe. Over a thousand tarot cards stuck to the walls, soft lighting, calming tunes, a fake ivy ceiling with roses, and essential oils floating in the air. Nice big table, my signature tablecloth, couple of chairs, and always a selection of oracle decks for that finishing touch. Visually stunning without the over-the-top bollocks.
Outside the room, the space is buzzing. You might see people coming in for yoga, shopping for witchy goodies, or wandering through the shopping centre. I run tarot classes here, queer circles, and the occasional meditation session. I also source tarot decks for the shop and sell some of the books and journals I’ve created.
